The Well-Being Bar Health & Wellness Coaching program is dedicated to help individuals reach wellness goals by moving from intention to action to sustainable change through determining what optimal wellness/well-being means then developing and executing goals and an action plan to ensure every aspect of the mind, body, and soul operates harmoniously at that meaning of wellness.
