Some people believe you have to spend hours in the gym in order to see any results. Not true! It’s about what you’re doing, not how long you’re doing it for! Sometimes 20 minutes is all you need. Personally, I like to get my pump in first thing in the morning (hence #morningpump) for about 45 minutes to an hour and get out! It’s a great kick-start to the day!
